Dr. Patel, Vanessa Stone, and Gabe in the office are heroes in our local area. I’m a patient since around the beginning of the summer. (NON-PAID REVIEW!!! They asked me and deserve the good reviews.) My past consists of seeing many health professionals, and a lot of the time not exactly addressing my concerns or listening to me. Dr. Patel has a very good team, she is kind and very smart as well as supportive. I don’t think she would do something to put her patients in a bad spot. She always handles my medications properly, and even sometimes when I have a been a pain about it, they are very helpful in this office!(Try not to do that, but nothing in our real world is perfect.) Vanessa Stone, I have been seeing for psychotherapy, and she is wonderful. She typically is very understanding, but also pushes you in a good way. For me she works out very well, and I think that everyone in the office has a very good “head on their shoulders”. They will work with you in many different ways, and there is always hope and help. Most of the population needs to address their psychiatric and therapeutic needs, many of us struggle or have in the past. Been going here for well over a year now and I see mostly reviews about Dr. Patel- and I 100% agree with them - she genuinely listens and cares, and is clearly passionate about helping people elevate their mental health and well-being. She also helped me find an amazing therapist in Vanessa Stone. I kid you not, Vanessa drew the roadmap for self development and helped me find the love of my life. Her empathy and candor is second to none. If my insurance change didn’t double my copay I’d still be going to her weekly. I was initially seeing Dr. DeSouza as my psychiatrist, who was also fantastic. He gave me a solid diagnosis and led me to the best medical solution that hasn’t changed in 12+ months. But I’d also like to specifically commend Gabe who has been extremely consistent in his support and communication- especially when there have been insurance/pharmaceutical issues that created delays in refills and other problems. Jenny has been more than helpful as well. Overall - fantastic team.
